In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise.

By accessing the ron99 platform — whether by browsing the website, completing the registration process, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply in addition to any product-specific rules (such as sportsbook betting rules, live casino game rules, or bonus-specific promotion terms) that may be published separately on the Platform.

If you are accessing ron99 on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms and that the person or entity itself meets all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.

These Terms & Conditions, together with ron99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and ron99 regarding your use of the Platform.

Access to and use of ron99 is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period of membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Ron99 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will verify it through the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending wagers voided, and deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or be otherwise legally permitted to access online gambling services hosted by an internationally licensed offshore operator from your current location. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to ron99 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship, or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into such an agreement.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through ron99 or any other gambling operator. Attempting to register a new account while under a self-exclusion order is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered Account on the ron99 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, ron99 reserves the right to close all but one account at its sole discretion, forfeiting any bonus balances held across the duplicated accounts.

To access ron99's full suite of services, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point — including during KYC verification — is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Ron99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to add a second layer of security to your Account. You must notify ron99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

Ron99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously reported your Account as compromised in writing to [email protected].

Ron99 is required by its international licensing authority to conduct identity verification on all Members. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal may be processed and is a condition of continued Account access above specified transaction thresholds.

To complete KYC verification, you must submit the following documents via your Account dashboard:

• Government-issued photo identification: A clear, colour photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid passport. The document must be current and undamaged.
• Proof of residential address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your full name and current residential address. The document must be dated within the preceding three calendar months.
• Selfie verification: A clear, current photograph of yourself holding your KTP or passport next to your face, in sufficient lighting to confirm the document belongs to you.

Ron99 targets a KYC review turnaround of 1–24 hours for complete submissions. Incomplete or unclear document submissions will be rejected, and you will be notified via your registered email address with specific guidance on resubmission. Ron99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed and stored in accordance with ron99's Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes and are not disclosed to any third party except as required by our licensing authority.

All transactions on the ron99 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Ron99 does not support transactions in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are charged by ron99; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ron99 accepts no liability.

Deposits

Ron99 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited in real time; in the event of a delay, Members should contact support before resubmitting a deposit to avoid duplicate transactions.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from an account held by a person other than the registered Member — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited amount pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit into your Account and that is registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Ron99 targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified accounts:

• Bronze tier: 1–3 hours from request submission
• Silver tier: Under 1 hour from request submission
• Gold tier: Approximately 30 minutes from request submission
• Platinum tier: Approximately 15 minutes from request submission

Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. Ron99 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside ron99's control.

Ron99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

Ron99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. The availability, value, and specific terms of each offer — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits — are published in full at the time the offer is presented to the Member.

General conditions that apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and are limited to one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The Welcome Bonus is available to new Members on their first deposit only. One Welcome Bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full within the stated validity period. Bonus credits and associated pending winnings that have not met the wagering requirement will expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports bets and live casino bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; slot games may contribute between 10% and 100% depending on the specific title. Bonus terms for each offer will specify applicable contribution rates.
• Ron99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Any Member found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or other methods that circumvent the spirit of the offer — will have their bonus voided and may be subject to account review and closure.

Ron99 offers sports betting across a wide range of markets, including but not limited to: BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), basketball, MotoGP (including Mandalika circuit events), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Ron99 also offers bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games, and a full live casino suite.

Specific rules governing each product category — including market settlement procedures, void conditions, in-play betting rules, and live casino game rules — are available within the respective product sections of the Platform. These product-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Ron99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed:

• After an event's outcome was already determined or publicly known;
• As a result of a technical error affecting odds, prices, or market availability;
• In violation of any product-specific rule or these Terms & Conditions;
• Using funds that are subject to a pending fraud or money-laundering investigation.

All RNG-based casino games on ron99 are operated by certified third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and are independently audited. Published RTP figures reflect certified theoretical return rates and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ron99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using an Account registered to another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point, including during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you have placed a self-exclusion order with ron99;
• Any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, or collusion with other Members;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any manner;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the ron99 support team or other Members.

Ron99 is committed to the principles of responsible gaming and provides a suite of tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible directly from within your Account dashboard and include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and self-exclusion (6 months to permanent).

Ron99 will honour all responsible gaming requests submitted in good faith. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Members who are self-excluded must not attempt to open new Accounts during the exclusion period.

All content on the ron99 platform — including but not limited to software, website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to ron99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, displaying, or otherwise exploiting any Platform content without ron99's prior written consent.

The ron99 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. Their unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ron99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical errors, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

Ron99's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ron99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability. Ron99 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.

Ron99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Provision of false or inaccurate personal information;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9;
• The Member's own request for account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these terms, ron99 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, ron99 may forfeit the relevant balance in its entirety. Where an Account is closed at the Member's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to any breach, the verified balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Ron99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they affect Members' rights or obligations in a significant way — ron99 will provide at least 7 days' notice via the registered email address on file before the amended terms take effect.

For minor or clarificatory amendments, changes will take effect upon publication to the Platform without prior individual notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after amended terms have taken effect constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ron99 holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Platform, ron99 encourages Members to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Ron99 aims to respond to formal disputes within 5 business days.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be referred to the dispute resolution process prescribed by ron99's licensing authority. Ron99 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or adjudication process initiated through the applicable licensing body.

You acknowledge that online gambling services are provided by ron99 on an offshore basis and that Indonesia's Public Gambling Act of 1867 and its amendments do not contain provisions expressly governing offshore internet gambling. You agree that any dispute regarding the legality of your access to the Platform is a matter of your own legal compliance and does not affect the validity of these Terms & Conditions.
